Policies
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING•Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.•Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price and no-shows will be charged 100%.•Clients who are 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to the 50% late fee.•Repeated late cancellations, tardiness or no-shows will lose the ability to book future appointments.
